Ridgeway is a successful 2‑form entry primary school in Chasetown. We currently have 417 pupils on roll in the main school and a further 200 children accessing Early Years provision in our term time Ridgeway Tots twos group and Sunbeams Nursery and Sunny Days Nursery, which are open all year.
Ridgeway Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work. The school received a further ‘Good’ rating from OFSTED at our last inspection in December 2024 and Sunny Days in July 2024.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Yr 6 teacher to join our team supporting pupils through this important final stage of primary school. We are seeking someone with high expectations, excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire children to achieve their best. Experience in Year 6 or upper KS2 would be an advantage, though not essential.
