Primitas Learning Partnership is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Central Services Officer to join our Trust's Central Team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the central team and will provide essential administrative, financial, and organisational support.
We are looking for someone who:
- will provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance, including photocopying, emailing, and document preparation.
- will support the Trust finance team to maintain an efficient and accurate finance function.
- will assist with the marketing and promotion of the Trust.
- will help co‑ordinate major events, including the annual Trust Headteachers' Conference.
- has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- communicates effectively and works well with others.
- has experience with administrative systems and financial processes (desirable but not essential).
- is confident using IT and digital tools.
- works with accuracy and attention to detail.
- can handle confidential information with discretion.

Primitas Learning Partnership formed in September 2021 as a truly collaborative educational venture, with a clear vision of: ‘Empowering and enabling schools to work together to provide the kind of education that every child needs and deserves’. Primitas Learning Partnership is now a Trust of 7 schools across the Lichfield and Burntwood district of Staffordshire. There are 2 High schools, 4 Primary schools and 1 Special School in the Trust, all of which are OFSTED ‘Good’ Schools.

Salary: Grade 5, point 7 – 9 £26,403 - £27,254 per annum. Actual salary £23,981 - £24,754 per annum, depending on years’ service.
Working Hours: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am – 3.30 pm, Term time only (38 weeks, plus 15 days when students are not in school).
Contract: Permanent
