Overview
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is the historic heart of the Black Country. With multi-million-pound investments including Metro, the Black Country Living Museum, DY5 Enterprise Zone and the town centre redevelopments, major growth is planned for the Borough. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Control Professional to join our newly restructured team; under the leadership of new management, you will experience plenty of variety as you manage and progress a broad range of building control projects to effective completion. In addition, you will help to grow our business by establishing and strengthening working relationships with architects, developers as well as other existing or potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a broad range of building control projects to effective completion.
- Help to grow the business by establishing and strengthening working relationships with architects, developers and other existing or potential clients.
Requirements
- Able to market the service with exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator to Class 2A and work to improve further.
- Maintain registered status with the Building Safety Regulator, including a record of Continuing Professional Development.
