Location

Based across our Bromsgrove and Redditch premises

Hours

Full time (37hrs per week). We will consider part time applicants.

Remuneration

NJC Pay scale 5 - £29,541 to £32,045 with a generous leave package and 6% pension contribution.

CABR is expanding its Welfare Rights Unit. This role will support clients and develop a volunteer‑based form filling service while managing a small caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Welfare Benefits casework to clients.
  • Develop and lead a volunteer‑based form filling service.
  • Handle a small caseload of clients independently.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Citizens Advice Adviser.
  • Experience in delivering Benefits casework.
  • Ability to develop and lead volunteers.
