Remuneration
NJC Pay scale 5 - £29,541 to £32,045 with a generous leave package and 6% pension contribution.
CABR is expanding its Welfare Rights Unit. This role will support clients and develop a volunteer‑based form filling service while managing a small caseload.
Responsibilities
- Provide Welfare Benefits casework to clients.
- Develop and lead a volunteer‑based form filling service.
- Handle a small caseload of clients independently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
