Citizens Advice Bromsgrove & Redditch (CABR) is seeking a Welfare Benefits Worker to join the Welfare Rights Unit.
You will deliver welfare benefits advice and casework to clients, focusing on complex queries and ensuring accurate information and signposting.
The role is based across our Bromsgrove and Redditch premises, full-time (37hrs per week) with some flexibility for part-time applicants.
NJC Pay scale 5 (£29,541–£32,045) plus generous leave and a 6% pension contribution.
