Meadows First School, Bromsgrove is seeking to appoint a passionate, skilled and motivated Nursery Teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Early Years practitioner. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the day-to-day management, organisation and development of our Nursery provision.

The Nursery at Meadows offers outstanding nursery care to children aged 3–4 with a desire to empower the children and to ignite enthusiasm and excitement in our children’s early experiences. Working closely with the Headteacher and EYFS colleagues, the postholder will:

  • Provide inspirational teaching rooted in a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
  • Lead and work with EYFS staff to secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment in Nursery
  • Shape the vision, curriculum and learning environment in Nursery, ensuring it is inclusive, ambitious and play-based
  • Build strong partnerships with families and external professionals to support all children, including those with SEND
