ONSIDE Independent Advocacy is launching a Neurodevelopmental (Melo aND More) Service across North Worcestershire. The Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner will provide early intervention and practical support for children, young people and their families, in homes, communities and hubs.
This role forms part of a multidisciplinary team; you’ll help families navigate services and work with schools and partners to promote inclusive communities and neuro-affirming care.
