Have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties in defined neighbourhoods within the Borough. Ensuring the neighbourhoods we manage are clean, healthy, and safe places where people want to live. Ensure that tenancies and leases are effectively and professionally managed in strict accordance with legislation, policy, and procedure.
Key Requirements- Take full ownership and accountability for your neighbourhood, acting as a key stakeholder in the local community.
- Take responsibility for addressing reports of anti-social behaviour and ensuring all cases are dealt with diligently through our internal processes.
- Ensure all matters relating to the management of tenancies and leases are dealt with promptly, in accordance with legislation, policy, and procedure whilst ensuring a high degree of integrity and professional standards are always maintained.
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications in subjects relevant to the role.
- Have, be working towards, or willing to work towards CIH qualification Level 3, or other relevant qualifications for the grade, and to maintain CIH annual membership.
- At least 2 years demonstrable experience working in the social housing sector, or other relevant customer facing service, demonstrating transferable skills or lived experience.
