We have strengthened capacity at Associate Director level with four permanent roles: AD Education and Inclusion, AD Quality, Performance and Improvement, AD Family Help and Safeguarding and AD Corporate Parenting. We are now recruiting to our Principal Service Lead roles to further strengthen our leadership capacity.
Dudley Council is seeking an exceptional Principal Service Lead – Family Hubs & Front Door to join our Children & Young People Leadership Team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality early help, family support and safeguarding services, ensuring children and families receive timely and effective support when they need it most.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Family Hubs, the Front Door and Emergency Duty Team, ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time through effective early intervention, safeguarding and crisis response.
- Drive service improvement, quality and performance, embedding a culture of prevention, continuous improvement and excellent outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Build high-performing teams and partnerships, working collaboratively across health, education, police, voluntary and community sectors to deliver integrated, responsive and effective family support services.
