Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, caring people with a genuine desire to support our vulnerable adults in the community and enable them to lead as independent as possible. You will also need to be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, with excellent recording skills, and work as a member of a team. Relevant mandatory training will be provided during the induction period.

As a Home Care Assistant you will work 26.25 contract hours per week on a set rota which includes weekends and some bank holidays, for which relevant enhancements will be paid. Hours of work are between 7 am to 10:30 pm, depending on the rota pattern you are allocated and the needs of the service.
