Advanced Practitioner – Integrated Front Door Team, Children's Services Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Cable Plaza, DY5 1LW. Full time post vacancy. Salary £47,181 to £50,269 per annum (subject to experience).

Role Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Integrated Front Door team in Children’s Services. This is a vital role at the first point of contact, ensuring children and families receive a timely, proportionate, and effective response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and model consistently good social work practice within the Integrated Front Door.
  • Share expertise with others through modelling, coaching, reflective supervision and other learning activities to build strong quality practice.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated responses and achieve the right outcomes for children in Dudley.
  • Provide support and challenge to colleagues; promote dynamic and driven engagement.

Qualifications

  • Registered social worker with significant experience of working with children and families in a statutory social work setting.
  • Experience supporting others in a social work or social care role, including practice education of students or ASYE social workers.
  • Dynamic, driven, capable of achieving strong outcomes for children.
