The Coleshill School (ATLP) is seeking an exceptional Year Leader (Non-Teaching) to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the educational experience and wellbeing of our students in a thriving and ambitious 11–18 school. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding pastoral leadership for a designated year group.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and student wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and external agencies.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving success.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour and progress, implementing effective interventions where required.
- Work closely with teaching staff, safeguarding teams and senior leaders to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Champion the school's values of "Work Hard, Be Kind and Take Responsibility".

- Experience of working with young people in an educational, youth work or pastoral setting.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
