Based at Nechells Wellbeing Centre, as and when required. We are seeking self‑motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the Sport and Physical Activity service team on a casual basis. Working as part of a busy front‑line service that may require prioritising customer needs with programme, procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and service users, complying with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all facilities.
- Promote and support marketing campaigns and uphold the service’s brand.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Customer Charter.
- Support the wellbeing of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks and other duties as required.
- Evening and weekend work is required as part of the normal working pattern.
We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in a leisure and customer services environment and a commitment to cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, security and safety of the facilities.
