We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Passenger Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of passenger service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless travel service.
- Prepare reports and assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel or transport sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer service challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 6:30am and 5:30pm.
