Salary Grade A – £24,796 – £26,824 per annum (consultation grade subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review).

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week.

Location: Shelforce, Unit 21-22 Erdington Industrial Park, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0RD.

Role Overview: As a Technical Specialist you will undertake a variety of roles within the manufacturing areas of Shelforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct specification of product to agreed quality standards.
  • Produce all product to fulfil customer demand throughout the year.
  • Apply production experience in manufacture of PVCu windows and doors, including Fire doors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating machinery in a production environment.
  • Acceptable standard of numeracy and literacy.
