Location: Baskerville School, Birmingham, England

Hours: 32.5 hours per week – Term Time only

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Grade 2 and Grade 3 salary calculated in line with NJC Fringe pay scale

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver inspirational and aspirational support for secondary‑aged students with Autism and communication difficulties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of working with pupils and/or young people with Autism
  • Experience of working in a secondary setting
  • Dedicated, adaptable individual with a passion for supporting teaching and learning
  • Excellent team player, able to work collaboratively with all school staff
  • Flexible, “I can do” attitude, willing to work in any class and with any pupils across the school
  • Commitment to safeguarding our students
