Location: St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, 117 Selly Oak Road, Kings Norton, B30 1HN.
Hours: Full-time (36.5 hours per week) – All year round.
Salary: £27,248 - £33,699 (Grade 3).

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing the overall provision for health and safety, security, janitorial and cleaning services at the school as well as management of repairs and maintenance to ensure the school facilities are clean, safe and well maintained.
- The role also involves keeping accurate and up‑to‑date documentation concerning the school’s premises, in an organised and methodical manner.
Qualifications
- To be successful in your application, you will have previous experience as a site supervisor with knowledge of health and safety regulations including COSHH and risk assessments.
- You will need to be reliable, flexible and punctual with a positive can‑do attitude.
The post is subject to satisfactory references, which will be requested prior to interview, an enhanced DBS check, medical assessment, evidence of qualifications and verification of the Right to Work in the UK.
