Birmingham City Council is seeking a SEND Project Lead. This pivotal role supports the Head of Service in defining, developing, and delivering innovative projects that enhance SEND provision across Birmingham. You will work closely with senior leaders to implement programmes that improve outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. This role is on the leadership pay spine of Statutory Teachers Pay and Conditions and would be at an Assistant Leadership level within the SEND Advisory & Inclusion Service.

- Proven experience in managing projects or programmes of work.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
