We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Data Manager to join our administrative team. This is a key role supporting school leadership by managing, analysing and reporting on pupil and school performance data to drive improvement and ensure statutory compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience working with data in a secondary school, ideally in a Data Manager or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of a school MIS such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or equivalent.
- Secure understanding of secondary assessment, progress tracking and performance measures.
- Experience in managing statutory data returns, including School Census, attendance and examination data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Confidence in analysing and presenting data clearly to senior leaders, governors and other stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Able to manage competing deadlines effectively and work calmly under pressure.
