Stockland Green School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader to support the wellbeing, behaviour and personal development of pupils.
You will promote a positive culture, remove barriers to learning and work with students, families and staff to provide outstanding pastoral care.
As a Pastoral Leader you will monitor behaviour and wellbeing, build strong relationships with pupils, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion initiatives across the academy.
