  • Demonstrable success leading teams, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance within a complex operational setting
  • Experience managing people matters including performance, and attendance
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop large operational teams
  • Strong budget management, resource planning and performance monitoring capabilities
  • Ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and adjust operations to achieve targets

  • Knowledge of street cleansing, waste management, or environmental services legislation (desirable)

  • Managing service performance and complaints – resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction
