About the Role
You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality care and education within our nursery, supporting children aged 2–4 years in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, EYFS‑based activities
- Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Acting as a key worker, building strong relationships with children and families
- Monitoring and recording children’s progress
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in an early years or a nursery setting
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and professionals and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, enthusiastic and team‑focused approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
