We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic NonâTeaching Head of Year to join us in our journey towards 'Outstanding'. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of the year. They will also be a dynamic and motivational individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge themselves to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. The successful candidate will provide highly effective pastoral care to their year group and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students.
