We are looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team at Pegasus Primary School. You will help create a safe, positive, and happy environment for pupils during the lunchtime break, both in the dining areas and outside in the playground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising learners in the dining hall, playground and other areas during lunchtime.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring learners follow the school rules.
  • Supporting young people to play safely, resolve minor disputes, and develop social skills.
  • Assisting younger pupils with eating and clearing away meals.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming lunchtime environment.

About You:

  • Has a friendly, approachable, and patient manner.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and committed to the wellbeing of our learners.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.
