Inclusion Manager positions at Mayfield, part of Education Impact Academy Trust, are term‑time only and available on two sites: Heathfield Road (Monday to Thursday, 26 hours per week) and Wheeler Street (Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week). The role supports pupil engagement in the annual review process and works closely with pupils, class teams, parents and other professionals.

Salary & Allowances

  • Grade 4 – £34,434 – £41,771 full‑time equivalent
  • 26 hours – £21,446.17 – £26,015.80 actual
  • 32.5 hours – £26,807.72 – £32,519.75 actual
  • SEN Allowance – £1,722 pro rata

Responsibilities

  • Plan, chair and record outcomes of annual reviews for pupils aged 3 to 19 with Education, Health and Care Plans.
  • Engage pupils, parents and professionals to seek, collate and record their views.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted before deadlines.
  • Facilitate positive engagement in the annual review process.
  • Complete daily lunchtime duties with pupils.

Qualifications

  • Experienced classroom practitioner with strong communication, literacy and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively and meet all deadlines.
  • Empathy, respect and a capacity to engage stakeholders positively in the review process.
  • Fluent spoken English (essential requirement).
