Join us as an HR Investigations Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring employee relations cases run smoothly, efficiently and professionally. You’ll provide essential administrative and logistical support to the ER Investigations team, coordinating interviews, hearings and case activity that underpins fair and timely outcomes. You’ll be the central point of contact for employees, managers, ER colleagues and trade union representatives, helping cases progress with clarity and sensitivity. From managing documentation to arranging venues and capturing key meeting notes, your work will directly support the integrity and effectiveness of the HR investigations process. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline case management and strengthen administrative practices.
- Coordinating interviews and hearings – organising logistics, scheduling participants and ensuring smooth case progression.
- Managing case documentation – collating, distributing and securely storing all relevant papers.
- Recording meetings and hearings – capturing accurate, professional notes to support decision‑making.
- Maintaining case records and databases – tracking deadlines, next steps and progress updates.
- Acting as a key point of contact – providing timely updates and coordinating with employees, managers, ER colleagues and trade union representatives.
- Supporting process improvements – suggesting enhancements to administrative and case management workflows.
