We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Connected Communities service as a Homes and Money Connected Support Manager. This role works in Birmingham City Council’s Early Intervention and Prevention Division, supporting residents with housing stability, financial wellbeing, employment pathways and stronger community connections.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) offer.
- Oversee performance and case‑management activity.
- Build strong partnerships with community, voluntary and statutory services.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic input to ensure high‑quality, outcome‑focused support across the Homes and Money pathway.
- Use data and insight to drive service improvement.
Qualifications and experience:
