Birmingham City Council is seeking a Health and Fitness Advisor (Casual) with a salary range of £28,598 – £34,434 (£15.03 – £18.09 per hour). The position is based at Small Heath Leisure Centre but may require work at other centres as needed. There are opportunities to work on the GP Referral Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching exercise to groups of adults.
  • Preparing tailored exercise programmes for individuals.
  • Assessing fitness levels.
  • Offering nutritional guidance.
  • Inputting information into the Refer All data platform.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold the GP Referral Qualification L3.
