The BOA Group is seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and aspirational Head of Physics to join the team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional classroom practitioner and emerging or established leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching and learning, developing others, and ensuring all students achieve outstanding outcomes in physics.

BOA Digital Technologies Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Physics to join a committed and ambitious science team, working alongside colleagues and leaders to deliver excellence in teaching and learning. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy, with opportunities to collaborate across other BOA Group academies in central Birmingham.

As Head of Physics, the post‑holder will play a central role in the academy’s academic success, leading the delivery of high‑quality teaching and driving the development of an ambitious and engaging physics curriculum. They will be responsible for securing strong outcomes in physics, modelling excellent classroom practice, and supporting colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
