General Assistant Grade A - £24,796 – £27,254

Working 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Location: Christchurch CE Primary, Claremont Rd, Sparkbrook, Birmingham B11 1LF

Cityserve is a Birmingham City Council catering service for school meals providing fresh and nutritious food for school kitchens across the UK. Healthy eating is a continuous theme throughout all of our menus and we are committed to the wellbeing of pupils. About The Role

  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean & tidy
  • Maintain a balanced diet and varied menus
  • Be aware of the care users’ needs and dietary preferences
  • Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to ensure first‑class delivery of food in school kitchens both in and outside of performance times
  • Previous kitchen experience is essential
