Family Support Worker Full Time Post – Job Reference: P1944

Salary: £30,572.55 per annum to £33,892.01 per annum (SCP27 to 30)

Salary Scale: SCP 27 paid at £30,572.55 per annum, pro rata.

This role is whole year, and you will be required to work during some of the school holidays.

Family Support Worker - Temporary to cover 9 months maternity leave – Job Ref: P1935

Working with schools, health and social care agencies and the voluntary sector, our Family Support Service supports children and families to overcome adversity and disadvantage they face, particularly where these are affecting a child’s emotional wellbeing, mental health and educational achievement. About Father Hudson's Family Support

We are a bespoke service, offering a diverse range of support packages to the most vulnerable children and their families in local schools.

We work across the midlands, Newcastle under Lyme and Oxfordshire, providing 1;1 support in around 18 primary schools/High schools.

As a Family Support worker, you will be working directly with the individual children, their parents/carers, and working collaboratively with key staff in school to deliver a package of tailored interventions to strengthen and improve their outcomes, to build their resilience and help them to be the very best they can be.
