Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated teacher to lead our English curriculum, including responsibility for the Voice 21 Oracy Framework. This is a class‑based, full‑time, term‑time position of 32.5 hours per week for a fixed term of 1 year.
Fixed term for 1 year. 32.5 hours per week. Full time, term time only. Salary: £32,916 – £45,352.
Responsibilities and Leadership
- Motivate and inspire both pupils and colleagues.

- Value and promote positive partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Maintain strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of the English curriculum.
- Understand and embrace the principles of the UNICEF Rights‑Respecting Schools Award.
- Have a secure understanding of the Oracy Framework (Voice 21).
- Demonstrate the leadership qualities, management skills, and curriculum vision required to deliver an outstanding learning experience for all children.

Essential Requirements
