Grace Foundation in Birmingham is seeking an Ethos Leader to partner with school staff to develop a bespoke Ethos Programme, embedding a whole-school approach across curriculum, lessons, enrichment, and assemblies to benefit students and families.
The role leads the onsite Ethos Team (Youth Worker and Family Support Worker), coordinates with pastoral and curriculum leads, and tracks impact to support Ofsted outcomes and wellbeing.
