Excelsior Multi Academy Trust, The role of Director of Education is a lead professional and a significant role model within the wide sphere of influence of our Trust. As Director of Education, you will be responsible for prioritising support and challenge to each Headteacher across all aspects of their work, focusing on creating a culture of constant school improvement as aspirational leaders. This role includes the leadership of Monitoring and Evaluation across the Trust. As Director of Education, you will have the line management responsibility for Headteachers and work closely with all the Regional Governing Bodies (RGBs).
