Working hours: 36.5 hours per week
Purpose of the job, vision for the role: To support the effective development and deployment of the Council’s visual brand across all online and offline material. With an eye for detail and a passion for visual communication, the role will ensure that all design material promotes the council and its partners and meets the brand guidelines. The role will drive the creative direction of the team and effectively fulfill design assignments.
Key responsibilities include working in a fast‑moving, customer‑first environment that relies on real‑time communications, welcoming change, and maintaining a growth mindset.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar creative design role
- Experience of delivering creative design in communications teams in large and complex organisations
- Experience of creative design – content and materials for use online and offline, for use in campaigns and plans
