An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Building and Gas Clerks to join Business Support working with the busy Asset Management team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out core administration and financial functions related to Gas Servicing/Repairs and Voids, using departmental databases and systems.
  • Complete work accurately and timely in a KPI driven fast‑paced environment.
  • Interact with customers and liaise with internal/external teams and agencies on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Process enquiries consistently, maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection.
  • Demonstrate a desire for continuous development through regular training and other opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experienced administrator with flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure in a busy team where deadlines are crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency in processing enquiries, and ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection.
  • Excellent customer service, IT, and administration skills.
  • Desire to continue developing skills through regular training and other opportunities.

Training & Development

Full training, mentoring and coaching will be provided.
