Provide a high quality customer‑focused front‑of‑house service for cremations, strewing cremated remains and burials.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate cremation plant and equipment, ensuring an efficient, economical and compliant service in line with relevant codes of practice and statutory requirements.
  • Deliver excellent service on every occasion – no ‘second chance’ is acceptable.
  • Communicate with bereaved people, exercising high levels of tact, diplomacy and empathy in difficult and detailed situations.
  • Work required shift patterns, including weekends.
