Do you have the vision, passion and expertise to enhance the green spaces that matter most to our communities? North Warwickshire Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Green Space Officer to lead the development, improvement and management of our parks, open spaces, play areas, allotments and local nature reserves.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the places where people live, work and play. You’ll work in our Communities Section, developing projects that improve biodiversity, support active lifestyles, strengthen community connections and enhance the quality of life for residents across the borough.
The post holder will lead on the delivery of the Authority’s Green Space and Playing Pitch Strategies, developing and delivering exciting projects such as the play area improvement programme and the installation of two new pump tracks. With the support of the Environmental Sustainability Officer, this role will support biodiversity, sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
