The Meadows School (Sandwell) (SIPS) offers an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager. We are seeking a committed and self‑motivated individual to provide effective site management support to the school.
Duties include:
- Ensuring the security, general appearance, and surrounding areas are maintained to the required standard.
- Being an important member of our school team with a positive approach to this key role.
Qualifications:
- Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Be dedicated and hardworking.
- Be a team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to staff and students.
- Be responsible, flexible and reliable.
- Demonstrate best practice in the management of the school premises.
- Able to use ICT systems and Microsoft packages.
Responsibilities:
- Improvement, general maintenance and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds.
- Repairing and maintaining the school premises and grounds.
- Ensuring compliance of the school premises through regular routine and scheduled maintenance of the site.
