John Taylor MAT is seeking an Assistant SENDCo with Higher Level Teaching Assistant responsibilities to join our committed team.
You will work under the Headteacher and SENDCo to coordinate support for students with special educational needs and manage annual reviews.
You will oversee LSAs, ensure staffing is allocated efficiently, and deliver targeted interventions where needed, while modelling teamwork, collaboration and respect across staff.
