The Headteacher and Governors of Wednesbury Oak Academy (SIPS) are seeking an ambitious, inspirational leader who will use their understanding of how children learn and how staff can be supported to develop their own practice, and move the school forward. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to be part of a team striving for excellence. The successful candidate will join the school’s leadership team of senior and middle leaders to become an integral part of the ongoing school improvement process. They will be involved in all aspects of the development of our school with a specific focus on developing teaching and learning within the EYFS, the school‑based AP provision and across the whole school for Pupil Premium.
