Assistant Cook
25 Hours per week
£16,754 – £17,016 (pro‑rata rate).
The role of Assistant Cook in our catering kitchen is a key role in our quality meal provision. You will support the catering manager to provide nutritious high‑quality meals to people with disabilities in the building‑based service, and to provide mid‑day meals to students of local special schools. You will encourage people who use and help to co‑produce the service to participate in a mid‑day meal and contribute to individual wellbeing as part of personalised support programmes. In the absence of the catering manager you will oversee the operations of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
