Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about the value of education and is committed to making a positive difference to our community. You would be joining us at an exciting time as we embark upon the next chapter in our pursuit for educational excellence.
We require an individual who wants to be a champion and role model for a small cohort of students and help them succeed academically. We want an individual who works well as part of a large pastoral team and has the drive to make a difference to students through our values of Empower, Respect and Aspire.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a new challenge, wanting to further develop their experience, or a recent graduate looking to start their career within education. We look forward to receiving your application.

The Learning Community Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
