Position Overview: Arts Casual Customer Services Assistant – Place, Arts and Economy.
Pay: £13.05 per hour plus 12.07% holiday enhancement.
Hours: as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide broad customer service support across our venues.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and engage with visitors to enliven our spaces, collections, performances, and events.
- Act as a gallery assistant and theatre steward.
- Perform regular bar work and sales activities.
- Work flexible hours including weekend, bank holiday, and evening shifts.
Location and Working Conditions:
Based at the Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall. This post is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
