We are seeking an inspiring Advisory Teacher with a passion for inclusive practice and a strong understanding of SEMH, Cognition and Learning, and Communication and Interaction differences.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with mainstream schools to provide high‑quality advice, guidance, and practical strategies to support the inclusion of children and young people with a wide range of additional needs.
  • Model effective classroom approaches, support individual and whole‑school strategies, and deliver impactful training to build confidence and capacity in school staff.
  • Ensure that children and young people feel understood, supported, and able to thrive in their learning environments.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Strong understanding of inclusive practice, SEMH, Cognition and Learning, and Communication and Interaction differences.
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings, with ability to engage teachers and schools across a range of curricula.
