The Role:
The Commissioning Hub supports Children’s Services to bring together all child related commissioning activities within the service. We are looking to recruit a talented administrator to support the work of the teams within the Commissioning Hub. The successful candidate will be required to prepare agendas and arrangements for meetings, take accurate minutes during meetings, support the team with processing financial transactions which requires checking invoices and inputting data accurately, checking and processing archived records as well as other key tasks to support the business function of the Hub.
The successful candidate will be able to take accurate minutes, have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the confidence to liaise with staff across the organisation including senior managers within the service.
We currently operate a hybrid way of working. Staff are expected to work in the office 1-2 days per week and from home 3-4 days per week.
