Permanent, full‑time position (37 hours per week, term time only, including 6 INSET days and an additional two weeks for a 41.2‑week year). Salary: Grade 6, £27,254–£30,024 per annum pro rata (actual salary £24,874.25–£27,402.38 per annum).
Preferred working pattern is 7:45 am‑3:45 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:45 am‑3:15 pm Friday, with flexibility required.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to provide effective support across HR Administration, Cover Coordination and Examinations. This varied role is central to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and external agencies to ensure staffing, cover and examinations are administered efficiently, accurately and in line with statutory and school requirements. A commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and supporting a positive school environment is essential.
