Administration Officer Primitas Learning Partnership, Greywood Primary Academy.

Salary: Grade 5 SCP 7 – 9, FTE £26,403 p.a. to £27,254 p.a. Actual Salary £20,548 p.a. to £21,210 p.a.

Hours of work: Part time - 32.5 hrs a week (initially although there may be scope for more hours as the school grows).

Contract: Permanent / term time plus (38 weeks when the pupils are in school, plus 5 inset days plus 1 further week).

Responsible to: Headteacher.

Start Date: 1st September 2026.

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and friendly member of the team to help develop and establish our office administration and to be the forward‑facing smile that greets parents and pupils. As part of our founding team, you will help ensure that every child receives the very best start to their learning journey and that the wider school community feels a part of the Greywood family.

Responsibilities

  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Communicate effectively and work well with others.
  • Have experience with administration systems, HR and financial processes.
  • Be confident in using IT and digital tools.
  • Work with accuracy and have good attention to detail.
  • Be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
