Administration Assistant Part time - Reynalds Cross School at WMJobs. Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. B Grade FTE: £24796.00 - £25583.00; Pro-rata: £10295.00 - £10622.00. Schedule: Wednesday to Friday 8.45 – 3.30. This is a re-advertised position and previous applicants need not apply. The role is based at the Satellite Centre in Olton, Solihull, with an expectation to work at the main site as required.
We are a school for pupils with severe learning difficulties with a Satellite Centre at Green Lane in Shirley for our Reception/Nursery and 14/19 pupils.
You will be based at the Satellite Centre and will also act as the main reception during peak times. You will work as part of an extended team and provide administration and secretarial support as required. The role requires someone with initiative, drive and enthusiasm, along with excellent administration skills including taking phone calls and providing secretarial support where required.
You will need excellent organisational and ICT skills and a flexible attitude, as there may be times when you work at the main site.
