Job Overview
You will manage a caseload of Level 3 16‑19‑year‑old learners, delivering weekly group tutorial sessions and individual 1:1 support. You will agree motivational targets, monitor performance, encourage learners’ preparation for employment or further/higher education, and handle completion and submission of UCAS applications where applicable. You will also provide references for higher education and employment.

- Strong teamwork, organisational and communication skills.
